Employee Healthcheck Days
Assisting your staff to look after their health is not only a benefit to them, it also makes sound business sense: after all, healthy people are obviously less likely to be absent through illness.
Our Healthcheck Days allow you to measure and improve the health of your workforce and identify areas of health where your staff are most at risk, enabling you to identify where best to implement corporate health initiatives.
Healthcheck Days are also very much appreciated by members of staff, many of whom will be aware of the potential hazards to which their lifestyles may expose them - but will benefit by receiving a real, immediate snapshot of how various aspects of their life are affecting them. This provides a stimulus for positive change and continued progress.
The 20-minute healthcheck is very discreet and covers seven health risk areas including cholesterol levels, diabetes risk, blood pressure, body fat cardiovascular risk and a lifestyle assessment, as well as a physiological assessment of the body’s ability to cope with stress.

Smoking Cessation
Our smoking cessation services provide varying levels of support to assist your employees make the move from smoker to non smokers.
The services range from online access to information and advice, through to telephone or online one to one smoking cessation coaching for those that require a greater level of support to achieve their goal.
To enhance our smoking cessation package PPC has partnered with the world renowned Allen Carr’s Easy Way to offer a research based, guaranteed route to becoming a non smoker. Allen Carr Corporate Seminar’s are held at your organisation for a minimum of 10 participants.
